Applied Tube Technology offers two styles of end forming machine. We have three models of hydraulic end-formers, all very similar in design but available with either 2, 3 or 4 tooling stations. These are based upon the popular design of the Roborough-Vaill forming machines that have been in the marketplace for many years, but fitted out with a modern Applied Tube Technology control system. In addition to these basic hydraulic models we also offer our flagship machine, the ATT640-E, a 4 station all-electric forming machine utilising Omron servo motor technology.
In addition to the machines, we also offer the facility for bespoke tooling design and manufacture. We then run internal tooling trials here at our Plymouth facility, to ensure that when tools arrive with you they are ready for immediate use. In addition to tooling for our own machines, we can also design and manufacture to suit machines from Addison, BLM, Crippa, Dural and SOCO.
