225HE is created to withstand heavy workloads and particularly stressful production cycles. The 225HE is a completely electric tube-bending machine that can perform multistack and multiradius bends in automatic cycle. It can bend mild-steel tubes with a diameter and a thickness of up to 225 mm and 12mm, respectively, using Direct Drive technology. Siemens SINUMERIK 840D sl manages the eleven axes that operate the machine with Fully Electric Technology for maximum precision. Equipped with the latest generation absolute servomotors with integrated feedback and diagnostics, this enormous tube bending machine has a vertical travel of 950mm to accommodate several levels of tools. Its rigidity and precision enable it to bend relatively thick tubes (6-8” sch.80). Despite its enormity, the 225HE consumes extremely low energy due to the “Green Power” philosophy and its fully electric components. Its ergonomic design guarantees the operators’ comfort. The machine has a three-dimensional graphical software on a 19” LCD Touch screen for the intuitive programming of the machine. The UII (User ISO Interface) also allows the operator to simulate and optimise the bending programs. The 225HE is also designed to be integrated into Smart Factory system.
