225MHE

The 225MHE is the ideal tube bending machine for heavy-duty processes requiring only a single bending level. Single stack, multiradius, and completely electric, this tube bending machine can process mild steel tubes with a diameter and a thickness of up to 225 mm and 12mm, respectively, using Direct Drive technology. Siemens SINUMERIK 840D sl manages 9 electric axes that operate the machine with maximum precision. Its rigidity and precision are ensured by suitable technical solutions. Like other machines in the Heavy BWT series, the 225MHE also takes advantage of the latest generation absolute servo motors with integrated feedback and diagnostics capable of bending relatively thick tubes (6-8” sch.80). Despite its enormous dimension, 225HE embraces the “Green Power” philosophy and utilizes the Fully Electric Technology to keep energy consumption at a minimum. The ergonomic layout of the chassis guarantees maximum comfort for the operator. The machine has a three-dimensional graphical software on a 19” LCD Touch screen, where the operator communicates intuitively with the machine through the UII “User ISO Interface” software to optimise and simulate the bending programs. This machine is designed to be integrated into Smart Factory system.
