The S2166 is an end-forming machine equipped with advanced tools capable of performing a maximum of 7 forming steps in a single cycle, such as punching, cutting, rolling, boring, threading, and turning. The machine completes each step rapidly to guarantee a high production rate, while maintaining high quality and precision. The S2166 is remarkably powerful and robust exemplified by the end-forming force of 157-177 kN, the clamp force of 196 kN, and the four columns that guide the clamping. The four clamping columns are removable and a maximum of two diagonal columns can be dismantled. The S2166 is also ergonomically designed for transportability and accessibility to assembly, tool change, and maintenance. The compact design makes it easy not only for the integration into new or pre-existing work cells, but also for the automation of the loading/unloading processes. The CNC feature offers high performance with a self-learning software to create an intuitive user-machine interaction. The S2166 is designed to integrate readily into the Smart Factory system.
