he S2606 is the largest tube forming machine in the Heavy-S series with an extremely rigid structure designed to produce large diameter tubes. This machine performs bend clamping on complex and large tubes, thanks to the size of the vice, whose opening can be programmed to optimize its stroke and reduce cycle time. The absence of columns in the machine structure substantially minimizes structural interference in the production phase. The gooseneck structure of the machine, completely open and accessible from three sides, facilitates maintenance, equipment replacement and production monitoring operations. The S2606 is equipped with a numerical control management that allows the creation of programs, using self-learning that optimizes cycle time and increases productivity. The "SAVE ENERGY" option allows significant energy savings compared to other machines of the same size. The machine can be set up for integration with Smart Factory production systems.
