S2086+

The S2086+, which is the hydraulic version of the S2086E+, is a tube end-forming machine designed to integrate multiple rotating heads (for cutting, threading, facing, drilling, and rolling operations), including CNC. It is highly versatile and suitable for ensuring high production levels and high standards of quality and precision. The pre-clamping system is activated by a simple hold-to-run button that controls the pneumatic actuator. Its ergonomic design facilitates the mounting/dismounting of tooling, the integration of the machine into new or existing work cells, and the automation of loading/unloading operations. The utilities panel, containing the pneumatic system and lubrication unit, is positioned at the rear of the machine for easy access without disassembly. The machine is equipped with a control panel mounted on a double-jointed adjustable support arm, which can be installed on either side of the frame. The S2086+ can be configured for integration with Smart Factory production systems.
