Compact and versatile, the new 114LE is a tube bending machine that fulfils most of the market’s production demands, which normally exclude additional processing cycle such as cutting or the completion of extremely complex geometries requiring several bending planes. This machine is designed to be extended with or without a recovery cycle and to be integrated with devices for automatic tube loading and unloading. Multistack and multiradius, it can bend up to three 114mm planes with the aid of thrust bending. It is also equipped with a 75 kN direct transmission booster. The machine can also produce bends with CLR/DIA ratio even lower than 0,8. The 9 axes of the machine are driven by absolutely digital motors with “Full Electric” technology managed by Siemens SINUMERIK 840D sl. The operator interacts intuitively with the machine using the UII “User ISO Interface” three-dimensional graphical software on a 19” LCD touch screen. The UII also facilitates the programming, the simulation, and the optimisation of the bending programs. This model is also designed to be integrated into “Smart Factory” work system.
